Terms of Service

The service

Casa-Eye provides software that records properties, schedules visits, verifies attendance and evidences completed work. Casa-Eye is a platform, not a service provider: we do not carry out property maintenance ourselves.

Features described as pre-launch or early access may change before general availability.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts are role-based. You may only access properties and records you own or have been granted access to.

Work between owners and providers

Any quote, maintenance plan or job agreed through Casa-Eye is a contract between the owner and the provider or professional concerned.

Casa-Eye records and evidences that agreement but is not a party to it and does not guarantee the quality of the work performed.

Verified visits and proof

Check-in requires the professional to be physically at the property within the permitted time window, and records GPS coordinates and timestamps.

You must not falsify location, photographs or timings. Doing so may result in immediate suspension and removal of published records.

Payments

Invoices raised through Casa-Eye are payable under the terms shown on the invoice. Platform fees and commissions, where applicable, are disclosed before use.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access other users' data, scrape content, or upload unlawful, abusive or infringing material.

Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa-Eye is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts and omissions of providers and professionals.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding invoices.
