Who we are

Casa-Eye operates the Casa-Eye platform and mobile applications used by property owners, service providers, field professionals and partners.

For data protection purposes, Casa-Eye is the controller of the account and platform data described below.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, mobile number, preferred language and role on the platform.

Property data: addresses, coordinates, access notes, systems, contacts and documents you add to a Digital Property Passport™.

Visit data: check-in and check-out times, GPS coordinates recorded at check-in, photographs and notes submitted as proof of work.

Commercial data: quotes, maintenance plans, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by Casa-Eye.

Usage data: device, browser, log and diagnostic information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

Why we use it

To operate the service: scheduling visits, verifying attendance, producing proof records and maintaining your property history.

To connect stakeholders: sharing the minimum necessary details between an owner and the provider or professional working on their property.

To translate content: message and quote text may be processed by an AI translation provider so each party can read it in their own language.

To secure the platform, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Sharing

Property and visit data is visible to the owner of the property and to the providers or professionals engaged on that property. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

We use trusted processors for hosting, database, mapping, email and AI translation services, bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Verified visit records and invoices are retained for as long as required for the property history and applicable accounting rules.

Account data is deleted or anonymised on request, unless retention is required for legal or contractual reasons.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.

You can withdraw consent for optional processing at any time, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Access to data is controlled by role-based permissions and row-level security in our database, encrypted in transit and at rest.
